The 12v charge on my brand new generator doesn't work and I have tried to contact the company multiple times. I have received no response and to say the least am disappointed in the company.
I made the purchase based on hype I guess as they claim to be made in America but that doesn't seem very American to me.
In an attempt to find a warranty center I find that it is pretty much a waste of time as there just isn't anything local or close enough to even consider. Looks like I made a mistake believing that American companies still hold customer service to a high standard.
The generator runs great and does everything it is supposed to except charge a 12v battery which is pretty important up in the mountains and at the lake.
Paid for an extended warranty but appears that is a waste of money also in as much as they refuse to even communicate.
Disappointed and disgusted:
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
